| 1. | The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to be an inappropriate addition to this Grade 2 Listed Building and one that if approved could set a precedent for similar proposals that the authority would find difficult to resist and is therefore contrary to Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan which seeks to protect Listed Buildings from such development. |
