| 1. | The unclassified road serving the site is considered to be inadequate to serve the development proposed, by reason of its restricted width and visibility at adjacent road junctions. The proposal, if permitted, would be likely to rise to conditions detrimental to highway safety and is therefore considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to Policy TCM13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Plan 2001. |
| 2. | The proposal does not incorporate adequate on-site vehicular parking and manoeuving to the standard required by the Local Planning Authority which is contrary to Policy TCM13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
