| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 15th March 2004. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The Reason for the Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal complies with Policy INF7 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Prior to any works commencing on site the applicant is also advised that a works licence is required from the Broads Authority along with the prior approval of the Environment Agency in most cases. |
