1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for this condtion is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
