| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The area shown as "Bowling Green" on the approved plan shall only be used for the sport of bowls and shall not be used for any other purpose or any other recreational use without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site in the interests the occupiers of adjacent property.

| 3. | No loudspeakers or other amplification equipment shall be installed or used anywhere on the site which is the suject of this application.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their property. |
| 4. | No floodlighting or any other form of illumination shall be erected or installed anwhere on the site which is the subject of this application without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and and to safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for new visitor facilities set out in Policy TR8 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan and for development in areas zoned as "Landscape Important to the Broadland Scene" as set out in Policy NNV2 of the Plan. |
