| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans submitted to and received by the Local planning Authority on 20th February 2004;the gates shall match the main gates erected in design, materials and appearance as stated on the plans. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure a standard of design and appearance that is appropriate to the setting of Listed Building. |
| 3. | The Reason For The Approval. The development is consideed by the Local Planning Authority to e in accordance with Policy BNV7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001 in that it is appropriate to the setting of the Listed Building. |
