1.	The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to criterion (A) of Policy REC13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan (adopted by the Borough Council on 23rd February 2001) in that the use of the site, as experienced since April of last year, has significantly eroded the amenities of persons residing in the locality by reason of the noise and disturbance that is generated.
2.	The Local Planning Authority considers that the use of the site is contrary to criterion (b) of Policy NNV17 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan (adopted by the Borough Council on 23rd February 2001) in that the significant adverse impact on local amenity referred to in reason 1 above renders the proposal inappropriate in terms of farm diversification.
