| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Not more than six children shall be on the premises at any one time in connection with the childminding business.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring property in accordance with Policy HOU19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The use hereby permitted shall not operate outside the following times 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs from Monday to Friday in any week.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties. |
| 4. | This permission does not purport to convey any consent for the outdoor pool and immediately adjoining area to be used in connection with the child minding business.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |

The proposal meets the requirements of Policy HOU19 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
