| 3. | No dwelling shall be occupied until the parking space related to that dwelling has been constructed in accordance with the approved plan

| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 ( or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the dwellings shall not be extended in any way and no dormer windows or other openings to the roofspace shall be provided without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any extensions to the dwellings in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
