| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The materials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension including the windows, shall match those used in the existing building in detail, texture and material unless otherwise stated on the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure materials that are compatilbe with and enhance the appearance of the buildings status as a Listed Building. |
| 3. | The Reason For The Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal accords with Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan2001. |
