| 2. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Nos. 5877-02E and 5877-03D.

| 3. | The bathroom window on the north elevation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed prior to the first occupation of the dwelling, and retained as such thereafter.

| 6. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no development under Classes A, B, C, D and E of Part 1 to Schedule 2 of that Order shall take place, nor shall any windows or other openings (other than those expressly authorised by this approval) be constructed in the walls or roof of the dwelling hereby approved without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure a satisfactory form of development in view of the restricted nature of the site and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
