| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

The proposal is considered by the Local Planning Authority to be compliant with Policy C21 of the Broads Local Plan 1997 in that it is not considered to have significant adverse impact upon the character of the landscape, on wildlife or on the amenity of the local community. |
