| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the works commencing details of the profile and colour of the shiplap shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:the works shall be carried out in the approved form and retained in the approved frorm thereafter.
