| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The permises shall not be open to the public between the hours of 22:30pm and 7:30am unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is: To ensure the protection of the residential amenity of the occupiers of the accommodation of the flats above the premises. |
