No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting the Order) no windows other than those shown on the approved plan shall be inserted into the walls or roof of the extension. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property.

4.If it transpires that any part of the proposed extension, including the rainwater goods, would encroach upon or overhang the adjoining property, the consent of the owner of that property must first be obtained.
