| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans Drawing No.168/2/B. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the approved drawings all materials used for making good shall match the existing materials adjacent materials to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure materials that are compatible with and compliment the existing materials. |
| 4. | The Reason For The Approval. The Local Planning Authority considers that the proposal accords with Policy HOU23 Of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
