1.	The proposed dormers are considered by the Local Planning Authority to be inappropriate features and additions to the property that detract from the appearance of this thatched building which is situated within a Conservation Area and is therefore contrary to Policy HOU 18 and BNV11 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Plan 2001 which only permits development which is in keeping with the existing dwelling and which enhances and not detracts from the appearance of the Conservation Area.
