1.	This permission expires on 30th.November 2008 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the advertisement hoardings shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Authority to retain control over the hoardings in the interests of the visual amenities of the area and because the hoardings have been permitted only to screen the temporary car park the use of which expires on 30th. November 2003.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for advertisements as set out in Policy BNV22 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
