| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans Drawing Nos 2/A and 3/A received by the Local Planning Authority on on 2nd December 2003. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall be first occupied by Mrs Edith Skinner. Upon occupation by Mrs Edith Skinner ceasing it shall not be let or sold separately but shall become ancillary accommodation to Wingfield Drive unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted on the basis that the accommodation is an extension to the existing dwelling to provide accommodation for Mrs Edith Skinner and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the development which is in an area where the provision of unjustified new dwellings would be contrary to Policy HOU10 of the Borough-wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
