1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Unless otherwise stated on the approved plans the maaterials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extensions hereby approved shall match those used in the external surfaces of the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To secure a properly planned development in accordances with Policy B11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997 which only permits development if its scale, form, design, external materials and colour is appropriate to its setting.
