| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until details of a car parking area within the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the granny annexe shall not be occupied until that parking area has been constructed in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the availability of an off-street parking facility in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The granny annexe hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 21 North Road, Ormesby St. Margaret. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent the annexe being used as an entirely separate unit of accommodation. |
