| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised drawing no. 02/03-05A received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th January 2004 and drawing nos. 02/03-06, 02/03-07 and 02-03-08 received on 18th August 2003.

| 3. | No works shall commence on the site until such time as details of drainage and other work in the Rows have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highway Authority.

To ensure satisfactory development of the site and a satisfactory standard of highway design and construction. |
| 4. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the proposed vehicular access shall be constructed in accordance with Norfolk County Council's access specification.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy BNV19 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
