1.	The erection of two dwellings on this site which is within Conservation Area No. 6 would be contrary to Policies BNV10, HOU15 and criteria (A), (C) and (E) of Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in that the height and bulk of the proposed dwellings would be out of character with the street scene and the design would not enhance the appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposed vehicular access to the development would be contrary to criteria (C) of HOU7 in that visibility to the northern garage is severely restricted and is likely to cause danger to users of the adjoining highway.
