| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the information given in the application and the notes on Drawing No. 1244:1A, the roof tiles to be used in the construction of the garage hereby permitted shall match, in type and colour, those used on the existing dwelling.
