1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Notwithstanding the information given in the application and the notes on Drawing No. 1244:1A, the roof tiles to be used in the construction of the garage hereby permitted shall match, in type and colour, those used on the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
3.The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
4.Adequate space shall be retained within the site for the parking of vehicles off the highway and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in a forward gear. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
