1.	The proposal to create a car parking bay on the east side of Cliff Hill which is within Conservation Area No. 12 would be contrary to Policy BNV10 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in that, the removal of the existing boundary planting and the formation of a hard surfaced parking area, would be an alien feature which would detract from the historic character and appearance of the Conservation Area and would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the street scene.
