| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling, or their dependents, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes.
