1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the on-site parking area shall be laid out, demarcated and levelled in accordance with the drawing received on 4th August, 2003 and shall thereafter be retained for that specific use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking area.
3.No work shall take place outside the following hours:- 08.00 - 18.00 hours Monday to Friday 08.00 - 13.00 hours Saturday and at no time on a Sunday or Bank Holiday The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.All processing and manufacturing shall take place inside the proposed workshop and the main double doors shall remain closed while manufacturing is taking place. All equipment used in the workshop shall be electrically powered. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
5.The area of land outlined in blue on the drawing received on 10th September, 2003 shall only be used for storage and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
6.The rated noise level (LAeq 1hr) emanating from processes involved in the manufacture of slabs at the site should not exceed the measured background level (LA90 1hr) by more than 3dB, as measured at the boundary of the nearest residential property. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
7.Any additional plant not required in the manufacturing process, such as a fork lift truck, shall be electrically powered and if mobile, shall use pneumatic tyres. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
