| 1. | No part of the sign shall overhang or impinge on the highway boundary. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 2. | The sign shall be completed in accordance with the revised drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th July 2003. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Precise details of the height the sign is to be installed on the existing concrete post shall be submitted for the approvsl of the Local Planning Authority and all works shall be completed in accordance with such details as approved. The reason for the condition is:- No such detail have been submitted as part of the application. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The County Council as Highway Authority does not permit the erection of private signage on highway land and a copy of the definite highway plan is attached indicating the position of highway boundary. |
