1.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plan and prior to the retail store approved under Planning application 06/02/0280/D is open to the public; and not withstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 no structures or means of enclosure permitted by Schedule 2 Part2 shall be erected on the land without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To secure the implementation of the development and its unimpeded use.
