| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised drawings 2987-4 and 2987-5 and letter received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th October 2003. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to a development that is in keeping with the existing building. |
| 3. | Unless otherwise specified on the approved drawings the materials used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension shall match those used existing dwelling as shall the materials used in any making good as part of the development here approved. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure materials that are compatible with the existing dwelling. |
| 4. | The Reason For The Approval The proposal accords with Policy BNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001. |
