| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 5816-P2A and 5816-D1B, received (respectively) by the Local Planning Authority on 9th July 2003 and 22nd October 2003.

To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |
| 3. | The food outlet shall not be brought into use until the car parking area has been provided in accordance with the details shown on Drawing No. 5816-D1B, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles.

To ensure that adequate off-street parking facilities are provided. |
| 4. | The details of any external vent or flue, which shall meet the requirements of the Borough Council's Head of Environmental Health, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to installation.

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby property and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 5. | The food outlet shall not be open for business between 23.00 hours and 09.00 hours on the succeeding day.
