| 1. | This consent shall enure for the benefit of Mr P Palgrave only and on the discontinuance of his occupancy of the premises the shed shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the building which is of a type that might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | Within one month of the date of this permission the building shall be painted or stained black in a finish to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of the visual amenities of the locality. |
