| 2. | The premises hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the works referred to in the Flood Risk Assessment prepared by Bullen Consultants have been completed and such measures shall thereafter be maintained.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the development complies with the requirements of Planning Policy Guidance Note 25 to provide adequate flood mitigation measures. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
The applicant is advised that measures will have to be taken to prevent naturally occurring methane gas being released following piling of the site.
Any culverting of the water course requires the written approval of the Local Planning Authority under the terms of the Public Health Act 1936 and the prior written consent of the Environment Agency under the terms of the Land Drainage Act 1991/ Water Resources Act 1991.
The aplicants attention is drawn to the advisiory comments in the attached letter from the Environment Agency
The applicant is reminded of the need for the completion of the CCTV installation required by condition 11 of planning permission 06/03/0538/F
The applicant is reminded to comply to comply fully with the requirements of conditions 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 & 11 |
