| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with adjoining dwelling. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 3. | Prior to the garage hereby permitted being brought into use the existing garage and outbuildings shall be demolished. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the development is carried out in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
