1.	The proposed two-storey extension is out of scale and character with the existing pair of semi-detached dwellings and would be unneighbourly having an overbearing impact on the occupiers of the attached dwelling;the proposal is therefore considered by the Local Planning Authority to be contrary to Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001 criteria (i) and (ii) in pareticular which only permits extensions that are in keeping with the existing dwellings and do not adversely impact upon the residential amenity of the neighbouring dwellings.
