| 1. | The highway layout within the planning application site shall conform with drawing number 3029-3 rev F received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th April 2000 with the exception of the loop road which should be to a width of 6 metres. The Market Road access to the development shall be as shown on drawing number TLBL/2/113 received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th May 2003 unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority in writing. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of a satisfactory highway infrastructure that meets the requirements of public transport serving the site. |

| 3. | This permission should be read in conjunction with and is subject to the conditions of Planning Permission No 06/99/0966/O dated 16th May 2001 which granted consent for residential development, 12 park homes and access road improvements to Market Road. The above condition supersedes Condition 3 of that permission. |
