1.	The signage shall be erected in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st September 2003 a non-illuminated projecting sign and entrance door sign; notwithstanding the submitted plans only the letters of the suspended door sign shall be illuminated. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure signage that enhances not detracts from the buildings status as Grade 2 Listed Building.
