1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised details and letter dated 30th October 2003 showing a perforated roller shutter and the shutter shall not be replaced by an alternative design without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a design which is considered by the Local Planning Authority to minimise its impact upon the Listed Building and the Conservation Area.
