1.	The proposal is contrary to the aims of Policy TR1 of the adopted version of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan in that the siting of a children's ride on the site in this predominately retail area and in close proximity to residential properties will result in a form of development that will not enhance the built environment and character of the area and will have an adverse impact on the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties by reason of noise and disturbance associated with the operation of the ride.
