| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the Drawing No.242/1 but excluding the garage in accordance with the letter from applicant's agent the dated 1st July 2003 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd July 2003. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the terms of the application. |
| 3. | The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension shall match those used in the external surfaces of the existing dwelling. The resaon for the condition is:- To secure a properly planned development. |
