| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The external materials used in the construction of the extension hereby approved shall match those used in the external elevations of the existing dwelling. The reason for the condition is:- To enhance the appearance of the dwelling in accordance with Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding theTown and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 no windows- other than those shown on the submitted drawing- shall be constructed in any elevation without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To protect the residential amenity of the neighbouring properties. |
