| 1. | The maximum luminace of each sign shall not exceed the following:-
Sign 1 - 400cd/m2, sign 2 - 600cd/m2, sign 3 - 400cd/m2, sign 4 - 400cd/m2 and sign 5 - 600cd/m2.
The reason for the condition is:-
To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |
| 2. | No light source shall be directly visible to drivers of vehicles using the adjoining highway(s).
The reason for the condition is:-
To prevent glare or dazzle in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following drawings G1334 revsion E sheets 1,2, & 3 received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th July 2003 and revised positioning of sign 4 as shown on Drawing G1334 revision G sheet 2 received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th July 2003.

| 5. | The Highway Authority reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. |
