| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before work on the buildings hereby approved is commenced,a 28metre HGV turning area shall be provided in the position indicated on the amended plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th May 2003. This turning area shall thereafter be maintained free of any obstruction.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that an adequate turning area for vehicles is provided and maintained within the site so that vehicles emerging from the site onto Gapton Hall Road do so in a forward gear, in the interests of the safety and free flow of traffic. |
| 3. | Before work on the buildings hereby approved is commenced the access gateway onto Gapton Hall Road shall be increased in width to 20 metres.
The reason for the condition is :-
To facilitate access and egrees onto Gapton Hall Road and in the interests of the safety and free flow of traffic. |
