| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans and letter dated 16 May 2003 showing 6 self contained flatsand office or retail use (A1 or A2) of the Town and Country( Use Classes) Order and received by the Local Planning Authority on 20 May 2003. The reason for the condition is:- For avoidance of doubt and to secure a properly planned development. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans prior to the commencement of development a full Materials Schedule for both the interior and exterior of the building including the proposed gates, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure materials that are appropriate to the buildings status as a Listed Building and because the details have not been submitted. |
