| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing the new parking area shown on the approved layout plan shall be made available for use for the parking of staff and visitors cars and thereafter be kept free of obstruction. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the availability of parking to serve the proposed development. |
| 3. | No machinery shall be operated within the site on any Bank Holiday or Sunday or between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. on weekdays nor after 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudic the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties. |
