| 4. | Informative note: The Environmental Health Officer has made the following observations regarding the application:- a) A fire door to FD30S standard shall be provided to the kitchen. b) The fire detection system within the property shall be extended to cover the proposed flat. c) Floor/ceilings within the proposed flat shall be upgraded to provide a minimum of 30 minutes fire resistance and soundproofing to the satisfaction of the Planning and Building Control Department. |
