1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | Notwithstanding the details submitted no work shall commence on the building hereby permitted until the exact type and colour of the external finish of the materials to be used in the construction have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the building shall thereafter be maintained in the condition as approved unless the agreement of the Local Planning Authority is obtained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the external finish have not been submitted. |
3. | Before the development is commenced a scheme of planting and landscaping shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within three months of the approval. Any trees and shrubs so planted which dies within 5 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their sucessors in title. 4. | The storage building hereby permitted shall only be used in conjunction with operation of the adjoining premises as referred to in the applicants letter dated 28th May 2003 and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the premises is used for the purposes indicated to the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
