| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 2. | The use hereby shall not operate before 9.30am or after 4.30pm on any specified day.

| 3. | Notwithstanding the terms of planning permission 06/02/0360/CU granted on 13th June 2002 car boots sales shall only be held on Saturdays for the term stated and shall not be held on any other day without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | The area indicated on the submitted drawing to be used for car parking shall be kept avaliable for the parking of visitors cars when the car boot sale is in operation.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the a satisfactory form of development, including the provision of adequate off-stree parking facilities. |
| 5. | The car boot sale shall operate from the Easter Bank Holiday weekend for 28 weeks from that date in any one year.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
