1.	This permission expires on 7th May, 2008 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the portakabin shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following note carefully:- The Environment Agency advise that the site is approximately 15 metres from a former landfill site. The applicant is therefore advised of the possible presence of landfill gas within the application area. The main area of concern is if any ducts or drain pipes servicing the building are connected to services in or near the landfill. These could provide a direct route along which gas could migrate.
