1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Environmental Health Officer makes the following comments with regard to the proposal:- 1. All play equipment should conform to current health and safety requirements, preferably to the guidelines laid down in the new European standards on play equipment and surfaces. 2. The palisade fencing should be designed so that it does not create a risk to users of the equipment, in particular the gap between the uprights should not create a head/neck entrapment point. The palisade fancing should also be far enough away from any equipment so there is no risk that children falling from the equipment could impale on the fencing.
